Bob’s Mill Vegetarian Egg Replacer:
This Egg replacer is free from potato starch. Can be used in any baking recipes to replace egg.
Ingredients:
Whole soy flour, wheat, gluten, corn syrup solids, algin (from algae)
Replace 1 Egg = 1 tbsp bob’s mill vegetarian egg replacer + 3 tbsp warm water
Ground Flax Seed:
1 Egg = 1 tbsp flax seed powder + 3 tbsp water. Mix it and leave it for few minutes. It will become little sticky consistency. Now it is ready to use to replace egg!
