Masala Papad

masala papadWho does not crave for some spicy, tangy, quick snack? what can be better than “Masala Papad”!!!!! Traditionally it is made with fried papad but I have made it with roasted papad for a quick version …Here is the quick and easy recipe with no measurement, make it according to your taste….



Roasted/Fried Papad
Finely chopped tomato (remove the seeds)
Finely chopped cucumber (peel the cucumber and remove the seeds)
Finely chopped green chilies (optional, according to your heat level)
Finely chopped cilantro
Red chili powder to taste
Chat masala to taste
Lemon juice to taste

On a roasted/ fried papad, spread tomato, cucumber, green chilies and cilantro evenly (adjust the quantity as per your like). Sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala as per your taste. At the end sprinkle lemon juice also as per your taste. “Masala Papad” is ready in no time!!!!

Serve immediately…. !!! Enjoy any time by itself or as side dish with any Indian food..!!!
