Coconut Barfi (Toprapak)


A very quick and easy way of making Coconut Barfi(toprapak):

Serving: 4-5 People

Ingredients:
3 cup finely grated unsweetened coconut (fresh/dry)
2 1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp raisins
few drops of ghee

Method:
In a non-stick skillet mix all the ingredients except ghee. Stir them on medium heat till the sugar is evaporated. Turn off the stove. Grease a tray with Ghee and spread the mixture in the tray. Mark the desired shape immediately. let it cool for 10-15 min. Now separate the pieces and store in air tight container.
