This Eggless lemon glazed blueberry scones recipe I have tried from one the website showed by a friend. It came out so good. Only thing I have changed here is, I made round scones instead of rectangle as I was baking scones for 1st time. Also, Please make sure to read the instruction to make the lemon glaze properly as it is the key element to make these scones so delicious.
You can make this scone using any fruit, raisins, chocolates etc..
