Pinto Beans Salsa/spread


Serving: 3-4 People

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
1 can of vegetarian pinto beans rinsed with water ( take out 1 tbsp of pinto beans on side)
Jalapeno peppers to taste
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste

Method:
Blend all the ingredients except 1 tbsp of pinto beans into chopper. do not over blend or do not make like puree. take it out in bowl & mix remaining whole pinto beans.

Pinto beans salsa/spread is ready.

Serve it with corn chips, use it in burrito, or as a spread in any sandwich or on bread toast!
