Serving: 3-4 people
5-6 Tomato chopped medium size (seeds removed)
1/2 green bell pepper chopped medium size
3 Jalapeno pepper roughly chopped (adjust according to heat level)
3 tbsp of chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp distilled vinegar
1/2 tsp lime juice
salt according to taste
black pepper according to taste
1/2 tsp sambal oelek chili paste / red chili flakes (according to taste)
1/8 tsp sugar (optional)
Blend tomato, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro,sambal oelek/ red chili flakes, olive oil into food chopper. (do not make like puree). season with distilled vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, sugar (optional).
Serve the salsa with any corn chips or use it in any Mexican dish.
(Note: Please adjust the spice level of Jalapeno, sambal oelek chili paste / red chili flakes, black pepper if you can not take more heat)
