Daliya split ladoo (roasted gram dal split energy balls)


IMG_3801Daliya Split ladoo is very good  option for quick snack / sweet craving. Great for kids with lots of health benefits!! Very easy to make in no time..

Serving : Approx. 14 small ladoo

 

 

 



Ingredients
:
1/2 cup daliya split
1/2 cup loosely packed crushed jagerry
6 tbsp melted ghee (clarified butter)
2 tbsp mix of  cashew & raisins  (optional)

 

 

 

 


Method
:

Coarsely grind dalia split, cashew & raisins. Add ghee, jagerry & make the small balls pressing tightly. (It will make around 14 small ladoo)

 

 

 

 


Daliya split ladoo is ready in no time. It is great energy booster full of iron, protein, dietary fiber etc. Enjoy!!
