1/2 tsp asafetida
Salt to taste
Handful of cilantro (optional)
Crushed Green chilies to taste
Eno fruit salt – Original flavor

2. Add asafedita and salt, mix everything. Heat oil on medium flame. Just before frying, for every 1 cup of batter, add 1/4 tsp of Eno, mix thoroughly so that batter becomes fluffy. Now add spoonful of batter in hot oil with spoon or hand. Make sure to keep flipping in between & fry till they become golden brown and crispy. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
