Serving: 2 People







2 medium size riped avocado
1-2 tsp lime juice
1 small tomato
2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

In a chopper finely chop cilantro & tomato. Cut avocado in half, take out pit, scoop the pulp in medium size bowl & mesh it. Mix cilantro-tomato mixture, lime juice, salt & pepper. Guacamole is ready!

Store it in Refrigerator or serve fresh with any kind chips or use it in any Mexican recipe.
